Become a Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart of East Rand Palliative Care, offering their time free of charge to support our mission in countless ways.

From assisting in our charity shops to helping at events, their dedication forms a vital part of our ability to serve the community. As a charity shop volunteer, you’ll help create a welcoming space for customers, sort donations, and assist with daily tasks, all while making meaningful connections. Whether you can spare two hours or more, your contribution brings us closer to ensuring ongoing care for those facing life-threatening illnesses.

If you prefer a more flexible commitment, you can join our events and fundraising volunteer list. Whether it’s helping set up, assisting at information tables and supporting our team on the day, your time makes a tangible difference. We’ll reach out when opportunities arise, and you can decide when and how you’d like to get involved.

Join us and become a part of something extraordinary—because even small acts of kindness leave lasting impacts.

For more information or to sign up please contact Isabella on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings on 011 422 1531 or email volunteerservices@erpc.org.za
